  • To make a tax-deductible donation [Fed. tax ID #94-3140290] to honor someone's memory, click the Make a Donation button below, OR download our Memorials form, print it and mail it with your check to the address at the top of the form.

  • Important Note: If you are donating online, before you submit the donation, add the following information in the "Add special instructions to the seller" box.
  1. The name of the person in whose honor or memory you are making the donation
  2. The name and address where you would like the memorial card or honorarium card to be sent

A volunteer will be in touch with you to coordinate your donation in time for our big Casino Night fundraiser.
